Dan Benford grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and is the son of lifelong Career and Technical Education advocates both in the classroom and administration. Dan comes to us with a strong background in education. Before joining AGC of Wyoming, he taught high school mathematics in schools in Arizona as well as Wyoming. He has also coached soccer in both states at many levels, leading Laramie High School to the 2016 Wyoming State Title. Dan loves all things outdoors and spending time with his family.
Dan joined the team in September of 2021 in Workforce Development and began serving at Executive Director in 2023. He will continue his passion for education and working toward the success of Wyoming’s youth here at the AGC. He looks forward to helping our business and industry meet their workforce needs in new and creative ways. |
Kelli Little oversees the Association’s state legislative policy, facilitates member lobbying efforts, and tracks regulatory issues both in Wyoming and Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining AGC of Wyoming, Kelli served as the Executive Director of the Wyoming Association of Conservation Districts, where she led advocacy, education, and outreach efforts for the state’s 34 conservation districts. She also previously held the position of Deputy Director at the Wyoming County Commissioners Association. A Wyoming native, Kelli holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism with a focus on public relations from the University of Wyoming. She is also a 2021 graduate of Leadership Wyoming and a graduate of the National Association of Counties High-Performance Leadership Academy. Kelli enjoys many of Wyoming’s outdoor activities including camping, fishing, and playing golf, as well as traveling, entertaining, and watching football with her husband, Kevin. She has two daughters, Maci and Avery, that keep her personal time busy with activities including dance, swimming and school band. |
Olivia Sanchez grew up on a small farm in Burns, Wyoming, and was a very active 4-H and FFA member. She is a proud graduate of Eastern Wyoming College and the University of Wyoming.
Olivia brings over a decade of experience in marketing and communications. Most recently, she served as the Marketing and Communications Director at the Wyoming Stock Growers Association, where she promoted the interests of Wyoming's ranching community. Prior to that, she contributed to the success of the Laramie County Fair as the Marketing and Sponsorship Coordinator. Olivia's commitment to leadership and community service is evident through her participation in esteemed programs such as the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce Leadership Cheyenne Program and the Wyoming L.E.A.D. Program. Her contributions have earned her recognition, receiving nominations as a Wyoming Woman of Influence in 2019 and being honored as part of Wyoming's "30 Under 40" in 2022. Olivia and her husband, Cameron Karajanis, live in Cheyenne. In her free time, Olivia enjoys reading, cooking, spending time with her family, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. |
